The first is a queer fantasy that follows a woman who can bring people back from the dead, but isn't a dark story. Lushly written with great character and world building, it's a book to sink your teeth into.
The second is another queer fantasy that takes us into the Untermarkt, where dangerous bargains are made and all things can be traded. Where a character wanting to buy his freedom makes a bargain that garners a little too much attention, and has to worm his way out of it. Thoroughly entertaining.
